We offer full-service property management as well as comprehensive real estate services.
Our management fees include an 8% monthly management fee, 50% of the first month’s rent for new leases, and a $275 lease renewal fee, which includes an inspection with photos.
We advertise on major platforms including Zillow, MLS, and our own website, giving your property maximum exposure to qualified renters.

Yes. We handle all advertising, tenant screening, lease preparation, and collection of move-in fees, then seamlessly return the property to you for management. The fee for this service is equal to one full month’s rent.
